FO: Green hockey dishcloth

Green hockey dishcloth
Pattern: Learn-To Dishrag by Therese Inverso
Yarn: Peaches & Creme Ombres in Shades of Green
Needles: US 7
Date started: 12/22/09
Date completed: 12/24/09

I called this the hockey dishcloth because the pattern calls for random changes between knitting and purling for the body of the dishcloth. I switched based on what was happening in the hockey game I was watching. Puck is dropped… knit. The puck is cleared to the other end of the ice… purl. Stop in play… knit. Replay… purl. Back live… knit. You get the idea.

I finished about half of the dishcloth while watching a hockey game on 12/22. I watched another game the next night, but I didn’t feel like knitting. I finished the dishcloth while watching the news.

It may not be beautiful, but all it has to do is clean the dishes.
