Foliage

Pattern: Foliage
Yarn: Manos del Uruguay 100% wool
Needles: US 9 16″ circular, US 9 DPN, US 7 16″ ciruclar

This may not have been the best yarn choice for this project. The thick and thin nature of the yarn, as well as the colorway, sort of hide the pattern. But I’m happy with how it turned out, and it looks cute on my head, and that’s what matters.

I made this hat at knitting group on Sunday. After getting started with finishing the phiaro scarf, and being a long way from finished with the piano scarf and my other WIPs, I just wanted something quick. By the time knitting group was over I only had 4 more rows of ribbing left, so I finished that while we were at the bar after knitting.
